Statement of Principles

Vision:
We're one of the neighborhoods of choice in Mason, Ohio! We compete in our community to be known as a desirable location.

Mission:
The purpose of the Homeowners Association is twofold:

To protectand improve the quality of life in our neighborhood.
To preserve and increase our home values.

Communicating openly with new and established homeowners.
Encouraging and leading community building activites and projects
Ensuring compliance with our devloped Covenants

Statement from the Home Owners Association Board:

We've all made a choice to live here in Crooked Tree Estates. We have a right to be proud of our homes! We have expecations that our families can be happy here and that we will enjoy our properties for many years. We also have obliagtions to live in harmony with our neighbors. Your HOA Board seves to safekeep our home values and our quality of life here.
